Cancellation Policy

For a short stay the hotel management will confirm the availability and will ask the details of a credit card as a guarantee of the reservation. The cancellation without penalty must be done by fax or e-mail at least 24 hours before the arrival date .  In case of a late cancellation or no show the hotel management is entitled to charge the first night.

For a long stay we usually ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount . If you cancel the reservation by fax or e-mail 3 days before the arrival date , you will have a refund of 30% of the deposit. If you cancel it by fax or e-mail  2 days before the arrival date you will not have back the deposit.

For groups:

To guarantee a definitive confirmation of a group booking, we will ask a deposit of 50% of the entire amount, to be paid 10 – 15 days after the acceptance of the booking contract. If you cancel by fax or e-mail one month before the arrival date, you will be reimbursed of the entire amount of the deposit. If you cancel by fax or e-mail 15 days before the arrival date, you will be reimbursed of 30% of the amount of the deposit.  If you cancel 14 days before the arrival date of the group, you will have no refund of the deposit.
